Vernon Company worked directly with Founder and CEO, Jeffrey Rudes, to launch his namesake brand Jeffrey Rudes, a menswear designer luxury brand. Vernon Company partnered to create an overall program including launch P&L, time and action calendars, retail operating processes, launch of ecommerce, all in-store opening events and marketing programs, and all brand identity materials.
